According to the loan agreement between IFAD and the Government of Republic of Macedonia for financing of agriculture in SouthEastern region, Investbanka Skopje is administrator of a credit line for financing of primary agricultural production. 
     International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is specialized institution- part of United Nation which is founded in 1977 on the recommendation of World food conference. The main aim is helping all transitional countries, giving accent of poorest countries to develop agricultural production.
     Revolving Crediting Fund in Investbanka Skopje is founded in January 1998 for administration of the project for rural development in South-Eastern region of Republic of Macedonia and it is the first project financed by IFAD in Macedonia .
